  • Two days Dharna on 27th and 28th dec 2016

    Two days dharna was conducted successfuly at all SSAs of karnataka circle on 27th and 28th December 2016.

    All the Executives are requested to follow work to Rule from 27.12.2016 on wards up to the resoluation of Our issues.

    There is “Delhi chalo” program from 10.01.2017 interested dynamic persons can give their names to book ticket.  

    Circle President shri.Ashok Y Shigli, secretary Shri.Sundar Raju,ACS, Shri.Chandran met Circle administarion on 27th dec16 and discussed about DPC of JTOs/JAOs and SDEs/AOs from E3-E4 due in the month of 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2017. Circle office will call CRs from SSAs in the first week of January 2017.

    Circle President shri.Ashok Y Shigli, secretary Shri.Sundar Raju,ACS, Shri.Ajaykumar Pidambarty met Circle administarion and discussed the following:

    1) Training period EPF: As per the Accounts wing circle office Interest of training period is being calculated by EPF office and BSNL has received the interest amount to be deposited to EPF office and circle office will deposit the amount in the month of January 2017.

    2) Security Deposit refund: As per the circle office all the 250 cases of JTOs and JAOs security deposit refund order is issued to Accounts section and will be refunded to executives within a week.

    3) Rule-08: waiting list of Rule08 cases is being prepared by circle office asper the new guidelines issued from corporate office and will be uploaded to circle intranet site after getting approval from GM(Admin)/KTK circle in the first week of January 2017.

    We have given them good network , front end wall
    from customers & made all services up.

    But in return what they gave us only non standard pay
    scale, stagnant carrer at jto & sde, no superannuation pension.

    United Forum of Executives Association Comprising AIBSNLEA, AIGETOA & AITEEA serves upon Notice upon Shri Anupam Shrivastava, CMD, BSNL for organizational actions against the delay in settlement of Burning HR issues and non-extension of Majority status to AIBSNLEA in the circles & SSAs where AIBSNLEA has secured majority with following charter of demand:

    1. Recognition to AIBSNLEA as 2nd majority association at all India level with facilities at par with first majority association and as a 1st majority association in all those Circles/SSAs where it has secured majority.
    2. Extension of Rs 22,820 as initial basic to the executive’s recruited post 01.01.2007.
    3. Replacement of intermediate Pay Scales E1A, E2A by Standard Pay Scales of E2-E3 for JTO and SDE equivalent executives.
    4. Extension of 30% Superannuation Benefit to the BSNL recruited employees
    5. Implementation of CPSU Hierarchy in line with the recommendations of the Khan Committee.
    6. Issuance of Posting Orders for LDCE-2015 qualified candidates and notification of SDE RRs.
    7. Immediate conduction of various CPCs in all the disciplines to fill up the vacant group-A and Group B equivalent posts in a time bound manner
    8. 1st Time bound upgradation in four years
    9. Resolution of pending Rule-8 cases and clearance of waiting list from the JTOs qualified through LICE.
    10. Scrapping of MT RRs/DGM RRs,
    11. Notional Pay fixation of all upgraded pay scales w.e.f. 01.10.2000 of JTO/SDE (C/E/Arch/TF) Engg. Wings and PA cadre.
    12. Extension of one increment to LDCE-2012 passed candidates
    13. Diversion of 50 Percent MT quota CAO Posts to the seniority quota.
    14. Extension of E1+5 increments to JTO SRD, JAO 2010, 2013 and 2015 batches.
    15. Removal of Pay anomaly of JTOs Promoted from TTAs of outside quota.*

    Protest action Program:

    1. 20th December 2016: Massive Demonstration at SSA/circle/BSNL CO during Lunch / Closing Hrs.
    2. 27th and 28th December 2016: 2 Days Dharna at SSA/Circle and BSNL CO level.
    3. Work According to Rules and Complete Non-Cooperation with effect from 27th December 2016.
    4. “Dilli Chalo” w.e.f. 10th January 2017 for Indefinite Dharna at BSNL Corporate Office New Delhi till resolution of the issues.

    TIME HAS COME FOR THE EXECUTIVES TO APPLY NEWTON’S LAWS IN REAL LIFE

    On 23rd Dec 3016, GS along with AGS-IV and one member from Rajasthan met GM Pers and discussed over the issue of issuing promotion orders of LDCE Passed executives.

    GM Pers informed that file to de-link the SDE RR proposal was put up for approval, however it has been decided that the SDE RR proposal should be de-linked after taking the consent of the HR committee members. GS Suggested that instead of waiting for the meeting, file can be moved through rotation and consent be taken.

    GM Pers appreciated the idea and told that he will update regarding the same on Monday.

    We have categorically emphasised that holding all the HR issues in the pretext of HR committee meeting is not an ideal thing for HR group. And we are not going to wait any more. the threshold point has reached and now only thing left is to react and react strongly..

    All the issues have been parked in the name of board and not even a single meeting has taken place to discuss the HR issues. It gives enough idea of the seriousness of CMD BSNL and Director HR on the burning HR issues. The executives are crying and our Management is acting as if nothing has happened….Time has come for all the executives to come forward and decide whether they want to live like this or they want to fight for the resolution.

    Everything is held up and Management has not been able to resolve even a single HR issue…resolving is a far flung thing…they have not been able to convene even a single meeting…

    Friends lets us now realise the fact that without intense struggle, nothing will move..

    Newton’s First Law states that : An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

    Newton’s second law of motion can be formally stated as follows : The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

    Newton’s Third Law : For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

    Time has come for the executives to apply these laws in real life also. The executives should understand that work should be reciprocated with more work, Rest should be reciprocated with more rest…Force has to be applied to put things in motion..

    Let us all realise these facts and extend our whole hearted support to the organisational action program launched by United Forum…

    We know that Management will also apply Newton’s third Law and in fact they have already started it moving to act against leaders but we are prepared for that…we are not going to stop come what may..

    We will make management understand the true worth of executives…we also want to see how many charge sheets managements issues to us during our course of action..

    If CDA rules are applicable to us.. the same is applicable to them also..

    We are fully prepared for the struggle ahead and need your unqualified support for the issues…

    Some of Miss propengenda of going on even winning MV small margin forgotten issues at circle/CHQ 

    still in mood of membership verification  their leaders first concentrate on issues promised during MV compgain wait for three month if they are not able to solve issues let them start membership drive. Otherwise stop Drama . 

    The same association tried level best to misguide DRs every Dharnaa but never succeeded, wait the result in court of law we are firm believing on judiciary process  till then we are not mute spectators our Basic Rights Pay pension promotion fight continue.

  • UF AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA DISCUSSION WITH CGMT KARNATAKA CIRCLE

    Shri.Ashok Y Shigli, circle president AIGETOA, Shri.Sundar raju, CS,AIGETOA and Shri.S.K.Hiremath, CS, AIBSNLEA met Shri.P.Nagaraju CGMT Karnataka circle on 20.12.2016 and discussed the following.

    1) Posting of New incoming JTOs:

    We requested post the JTOs as per the Transfer policy and also asked to consider Intra circle transfer cases to maintain the percentage of JTOs at SSAs.

    2)   Rule-08 Transfer of JTOs:

    We requested him to consider the rule-8 cases on 1:1 basis as and when LICE passed Trainee JTOs join our circle and also we requested him to start the process as early as possible so that JTOs can be relieved in the month of March 2017, CGMT agreed to start the process immediately. (We explained the last year situation due to administrative delay many od DRs find difficult to get children admition  in schools at home circles).
