• Confirmation of BSNL recruited JTOs – YOR 2008. (List 1)

    The CGMT, Karnataka Circle, issued
    confirmation 0f  57 JTOs on completion of the probation period (i.e two years from
    the date of appointment).

    1) JTOs  Appointed under special drive in 2012 – Benefits of 5 increments to be given as same as previous batches. Ex: C.V.V.Naga Sandeepu, HRMS:201300151.

    PGM agreed and take action early.

    2)  Status of the issue: EPF amount not deposited to EPF office for the month of April-2012.

    PGM informed CS already DRJAOs assigned for JOB to resolve  EPF repleted issue of circle office.

    3)   Return of Deposit of Rs.5000/- for 2005 Batch is not received even though 7 years completed 5 DRJTOs of Raichur SSA.

     4)  Consideration of Rule-08  transfers  from Karnataka circle:   Rule 8 transfers under Spouse case pending.

    PGM Agreed to verify in detail.

    5) Posting of SDEs to Raichur SSA: Sindhanur, SDE group, Devadurga SDE Group and GMT office Raichur is having no SDE.

    PGM agreed to verify the status and discuss.

    6)  Updation of Rule 8 wait list, intra circle transfer waiting list and mutual transfer list in the ktk intranet website.

    PGM informed CS the list ready published soon.

  • CMD visit to Karnataka On 27-12-2013

    Our Hon CMD will be visiting Bangalore on 27-12-2013 and will be conducting meeting with SAG Officers and above.

  • BSNL HQ has issued certain guidelines to be adhered while reporting and reviewing the Annual performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) of officers

    This order is very relevant considering the grave carelessness prevailing in reporting & reviewing of APAR. AIGETOA Karnataka welcomes such a step taken by BSNL HQ.

    6.DNW BG EAST Now Adhoc body formed by CHQ, It is decided to conduct meeting at BG east Future plan of action from DNW members..

    7.Bangalore SSA Fund collection.It is decided new body to finish the work within this week covering different units/areas of BGTD.

  • AIGETOA KTK CS Submitted suggestion to improving sales 3G data services.

    Dear All

                We are elated that our idea is sought by the CGM regarding improvement of BSNL products and services.

                Many inputs were given by ingenious minds amongst us. There were suggestions ranging from personalized attention and time frame for customer support in the CSCs, developing the knack of zeroing into the target customers for niche services like blackberry, leased lines etc , professionalizing the call centers by educating the call center agents and asking them to use only BSNL services.

                There are demands seeking visibility of Brand BSNL by way of wide publicity & the universal complaint/fault booking mechanism to be educated to all customers.      

          Classifying the sectors and geographical areas based on revenue and hence focusing on these respective areas for improvement in core issues like Coverage, Feasibility, Reach, Visibility, Availability of Services/Products like EVDO data cards, Micro/ Nano SIMs ( GSM) etc. 

                Standard negotiation formula for bringing in more CUG/Corporate/Bulk customers.    

            Loyalty bonus and exchange offers for the loyal customers.
