    Shri.Sundar Raju, CS,AIGETOA Karnataka circle and Shri.Andeli,CS,AIBSNLEA Karnataka circle have met Shri N Venkateshwara Rao,PGM (HR and Admn) Karnatka circle and discussed the following.

    1) Rule-08 case:we have demanded to relieve JTOs from the existing waiting list. 

    2) Implementation of Long standing JTOs transfer order by vacating the court case.

    3) JTO Appointment delayed due to PVR cases.

    4) Temporary deputation of JTOs from Karnataka circle.

    United Forum of Executives Associations (AIGETOA+AIBSNLEA) writes to CMD, BSNL regarding framing of Direct DGM RR with intention to recruit inferior candidates from targeted group and completely debarring the internal candidates possessing all the qualifications, talent and experience at higher side – our submission for thorough examination and investigation.     BSNL Management had been justifying this DGM recruitment to acquire best Engineering Graduates/Account Professionals of the country. Going through the detail of the letter one can easily understand how BSNL management is making DGM recruitment from among targeted group of inferior candidates who could not secure job in PSU, Government Department and High profile Private Companies/MNCs and hence working under some small venders/companies of merely Rs 100 Cr turnover. DGM RR was deliberately framed in such a way that internal candidates possessing all the qualification and experience at higher side shall not be eligible in their entire career and other talented candidates working in PSU, Government Department and High profile Private Companies/MNCs shall not apply. This DGM recruitment is not only blocking the career growth of more deserving internal candidates but also blocking the growth of the company by inducting inferior candidates at such crucial position. If this 50-60 inferior DGM will come in BSNL, this company will have to bear them for next 20 years that too at highest positions.

     

    Forum of AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA believes that DGM recruitment will not only be scrapped but suitable investigation will also be ordered to expose the possible scam. We all must be ready to take up this issue up to the extent of justice for both i.e. internal candidates as well as interest of the company.
