On 23rd Dec 3016, GS along with AGS-IV and one member from Rajasthan met GM Pers and discussed over the issue of issuing promotion orders of LDCE Passed executives.

GM Pers informed that file to de-link the SDE RR proposal was put up for approval, however it has been decided that the SDE RR proposal should be de-linked after taking the consent of the HR committee members. GS Suggested that instead of waiting for the meeting, file can be moved through rotation and consent be taken.

GM Pers appreciated the idea and told that he will update regarding the same on Monday.

We have categorically emphasised that holding all the HR issues in the pretext of HR committee meeting is not an ideal thing for HR group. And we are not going to wait any more. the threshold point has reached and now only thing left is to react and react strongly..

All the issues have been parked in the name of board and not even a single meeting has taken place to discuss the HR issues. It gives enough idea of the seriousness of CMD BSNL and Director HR on the burning HR issues. The executives are crying and our Management is acting as if nothing has happened….Time has come for all the executives to come forward and decide whether they want to live like this or they want to fight for the resolution.

Everything is held up and Management has not been able to resolve even a single HR issue…resolving is a far flung thing…they have not been able to convene even a single meeting…

Friends lets us now realise the fact that without intense struggle, nothing will move..

Newton’s First Law states that : An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Newton’s second law of motion can be formally stated as follows : The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

Newton’s Third Law : For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Time has come for the executives to apply these laws in real life also. The executives should understand that work should be reciprocated with more work, Rest should be reciprocated with more rest…Force has to be applied to put things in motion..

Let us all realise these facts and extend our whole hearted support to the organisational action program launched by United Forum…

We know that Management will also apply Newton’s third Law and in fact they have already started it moving to act against leaders but we are prepared for that…we are not going to stop come what may..

We will make management understand the true worth of executives…we also want to see how many charge sheets managements issues to us during our course of action..

If CDA rules are applicable to us.. the same is applicable to them also..
