  • AIGETOA KTK represents on the Issues in Cluster Outsourcing

In the recent past, AIGETOA has been in the forefront of raising various lacunae in the Cluster Outsourcing model in vogue post-VRS for copper maintenance. Our traditional landlines which were maintained by our own manpower before VRS was outsourced. Certain external agencies came forward to take up maintenance in clusters. However the terms and conditions and the bill processing saw loopholes that were being exploited by the Contractor and the Service levels experienced by our traditional customers saw a decline. This led to a slew of disconnections by our loyal customers and our landline services’ reputation is at stake.
AIGETOA KTK was in the forefront of highlighting such issues at the field level and the BA level. Today, our Hon’ble CGM asked for our inputs. Our ACS Shri. Veeranjaneyulu M explained various aspects of this matter to CGM. Click here for a A compilation of the points discussed on Cluster Outsourcing.
The same is also forwarded to our CHQ to take up at the Corporate level.
