As per  constitution of AIGETOA, it is decided to conduct CEC and AGM on 08/07/2018@ Bangalore .CHQ leader Shri. Sridharbau, JS south is going to address  all circle and district body members  of KTK circle. 

Agenda points  of the Meeting is as mentioned below 

1) CS report 

2) DS report

3) Fund status of circle/ SSA

4 Filling up of Vacant circle body posts

5) Assigning responsibility to all circle and district body strengthen AIGETOA  .

6) Discussion on SSA/ Circle /CHQ issues plan of action

AGM CEC Meeting Notice 08.07.2018

Ernakullam High court disposed off in favour of the applicants (AIGETOA Team-Kerala)

It is learnt that case at Hon’ble Ernakullam High court has been disposed off in favour of the applicants (AIGETOA Team-Kerala).

It is learnt that court has directed to follow 1:1 with PRomotees Vs Direct Recruits in JTO Cader . This has to be followed in seniority cum Fitness quota promotions for SDEs also where 50 percent of the SCF posts ie 33.5 percent of the total posts will have to be reserved for DRs.

Details of the judgement is awaited. After 17 long years, Justice has been delivered to the BSNL recruits. We sincerely hope management will now take the justified step in favour of the BSNL recruits. We congratulate our Kerala Team for the hard fought victory.

Further, GS also requested to process the legal opinion with respect to the relaxation in marks for those who passed the exam with relaxation in marks (45-50) for reserved category candidates. The same is being sent shortly and we expect a positive consideration of the same by management
