AIGETOA KTK CIRCLE BODY MEETING MINUTES Review of last meeting agenda points .
1.Circle body visit SSA and reorganise District body .
2.SSA account closing closed pending SSA close SSA account by 30/05/2019
2.Long standing SDEs transfer .
All completed 2 years should brought back .CS write letter to CGMT
3.Rule 8 WL be cleared in phases manner as per earlier committed by mgmt /Rule 8 list publishing shortly .
CS will write letter to GS and DIR HR .
4.Posting of staff as per number of lines and workload /CS write letter to CGMT
5.Request transfer of executives not maintained and SSA must publish at SSA/Circle/CS write letter to CGMT
6.SSA merging staff rearrange accordingly /CS write letetr to CGMT
7.AIGETOA circle body complete tenure on 16 June 2019 . CS write letter to CHQ Circle conference conducted in the month of august 2019 Venue and date decided after AIC.
8.All circle/district BSNL related service issues if any brought to mgmt notice at every level.
