AIGETOA Circle body members and Circle Executive body members had meeting with
Shri R Mani CGMT Shri Ashok Agrwal GM HR and shri swaminathan AGM HR DGM Finnace
1) SAB : Endorsement of Corporate office order to SSAs for Nomination details.
Corporate office orders copy submitted long back again informed start process early.
2) EPF: Training period payment to EPF office and Higher pension scheme:
Meeting with Circle office DGM AO CS AIGETOA WITH EPF Commissioner held last month.
3) Long standing transfer of Executives from BGTD and other SSAs.
Executives transfer policy of Karnataka circle on long standing need to publish in ktk int
Every executives need to know the policy and injustice to executives not acceptable.
4) Relieving of Rule-08 JTOs.:
AGM admin informed 42 approved cases reveling this week
(pending with some reason solved early TS ITPC)
5) Forwarding of Request transfer applications from SSAs and Circle office to corporate office.
As per transfer policy at level WL must be maintained and publish waiting list quarterly in ktk
WL not maintaining at SSA/Circle office , AIGETOA requested administration to bring transparency at all levels
in Karnataka circle
