Regarding TBP of 2008 DR executives under STR and LDCE, AIGETOA KTK Dairy 2015.

Dear all DRs of Karnataka circle 

1.Regarding TBP of 2008 DR executives under STR

 
STR Chennai has released list of DR executives recruited for 2008, whose TBP is pending. DPC under GMM area bangalore is likely to be conducted shortly, hence every one is requested to check their names with local admin. If any name of STR Karnataka DRs is found missing same may kindly be intimated to AIGETIOA KTK circle body by sending details to aigetoaktk@gmail.com.
Any other problem faced may also be intimated with details of issue face in case of TBP.
2.Regarding details of DRs who are not eligible for LDCE exams under the view of inclusion of vacancy year 2013-2014
 
LDCE is likely to be held shortly and it is learnt from reliable sources that vacancy year 2013-2014 will also be included in the same. Since in Karnataka there are DRs who have been recruited post 1st July 2010, hence we call upon all such DRs to give details as early as possible. We will prepare an exhaustive list of such affected DRs and pass it over to CHQ for further needful. Details may be sent to aigetoaktk@gmail.com
3.Regarding nomination of SGO under GMM area Bangalore
 
STR Chennai has endorsed Corporate office letter for formation of Staff Grievance Officer under each SSA, AIGETOA BGTD has given memorandum to GM MPLS regarding the same and since there is positive assurance for the formation of SGO, hence we are waiting for it. If there will be any delay in nominating SGO under GMM area Bangalore, AIGETOA BGTD will take the issue strongly. Please find the attached memorandum.
4. AIGETOA KTK 2015 Diary

  We are planned to print AIGETOA KTK 2015 Dairy to all DRs
  All DS and Circle body members submit your requirement before 8/11/2014.

                          a.All SSA submit New membership Form along with two passport size photo
                             duly signed by DS (pending  SSA those not sent)
                          b.Account details . Sep 2013 to Oct 2014 Excel Format.
                          c.Unpaid members/Non members  list,
