All DRs of Karnataka supported during august dharana, now again same support getting/received from all over Karnataka .Few DRs still are thinking to join or stay in safer side whatever AIGETOA fighting we also get.
Here issues are more important to DRs executrices and Non executives .Already Indefinite hunger strike started at jantar mantar Delhi 5 DRs now it is your turn join en mass.
- Finalization of standard pay scale of JTO equivalent (E2) and SDE equivalent (E3) with additional increments to New Recruited executives to maintain pay parity with executives recruited just before 1.12007.
- Introduction of 30% Superannuation benefit to the Direct Recruits of BSNL as per the recommendation of 2nd PRC
- Stop external DGM/MT recruitment
- Implementation of contemporary CPSU Hierarchy
- Resolution of EPF anomalies in respect of direct recruits
- Maintain uniformity in first time bound up-gradation i.e. four years in respect of all executives.
