 Congrats to All. HP High Court has issued the verdict in favour of(DR-JTOs) us and instructed BSNL Management to conduct LDCE at earliest. LDCE notification is expected to come soon.

On request of united forum of BSNL absorbed executives and analyzing the facts in the fields where unabsorbed ITS officers have started lobbying, vindictive action and loot in BSNL acting reverse to their dignity which is defeating basic motto of their delayed repatriation, AIGETOA CHQ has decided to extend moral support to the “Candle Light March” to be organized on 1st Dec-2011.

1.GS writes fresh letter regarding contribution for the training period of all the direct recruits (JTO/JAO/TTA) in compliance to the Honb’le High court of Madras under EPF act which is immediately put for consideration by the Director (HR).

We request all the karnataka Direct recruits(JTO/JAO/TTA) support our GS Shri RP SHAHU.

2.GS writes fresh letter regarding anomalies in EPS (EPF Pension Scheme) contribution under EPF act which is immediately put for consideration by the Director (HR)

United Forum of BSNL Executive Associations writes to Shri R. K. Upadhyay, CMD regarding framing of RRs for recruitment of MT/DGMs/GMs/CGMs to block career growth of human resources available in BSNL –

Earlier these associations supported MT recruitment from outside.But AIGETOA stoped Notification issued by BSNL management Now AIBSNLEA/SNEA changed face now they required support of Direct recruited executives .They realiesed the strength of AIGETOA DRJTO/DRJAOs can do the wonder in BSNL not only in technically in  all the fields, JAI AIGETOA.

Congratulations to all the DRs of 2007-08 batch, Pay Anomaly Issue moves towards resolution !!!

It is reliably learnt that in regard to the Pay Anomaly issue of 2007-08 batches, Management Committee of the Board has approved the E1+5 increments proposal after the strong intervention of AIGETOA and perusal at the highest level to get it approved in this meeting only. The matter will go for approval of the Board in its next board meeting.

We once again request all the members to have patience. Lets be positive and hope that one by one all our issues shall be resolved.

CS shri Manjunath BG Addressed the meet on the occasion of 11th BSNL day celebration at CGMT compound Auditorium.In brief speech  told Why BSNL not able to give better service to Customers and internal staff, problem of delay in all aspects this is not good for BSNL,Also  asked why the staff worried about VRS since last 6 month,Now all  us should think about beloved BSNL first to save BSNL.Management need to take some drastic steps required on coming days.

GM(Admn) appreciated the staff of Karnataka circle working hard to meet the targets.

Sr GM Marketing in brief speech explained Karnataka circle got maximum mobile customers.Last 24 month karnataka circle adding more than 1 lakh subscribers every month.

CGMT shri P Ragavan insisted all staff work hard and give better service to our esteemed customers,Our Land line/Broadband Services are more revenue areas all must focus on retaining existing customers.All the associations expressed situation of BSNL.Informed All the staff of BSNL stand united and work hard for BSNL.AIGETOA Circle body members and Circle office DR-JTOs/DR-JAOs also present.
