AIGETOA Circle body members CS Sundaraju ,CP Ashok.Y.Shigli,ACS Sourab Agrwal,AFS Sumitra held meeting with CGMT Shri P.Nagraju

As per letter submitted by AIGETOA to CGMT on Friday.

1.Releving of Rule 8 one way transfer cases.:

CGMT assured of relieving all the approved cases shortly. We expressed our members ‘ concerns regarding the inconveniences caused due to the delay in transfer orders; wherein CGM reaffirmed that there was no cause of worry at all , as the administrative process is well under way and that the orders can be expected shortly.In addition to 74 cases in rule 8  we requested to CGMT consider spouse cases also in 1:4 ratio as per corporate office  guidelines and quarterly revise WL

2.Posting of LICE Passed JTOs at all SSA.:

CGMT informed us that at present LICE passed JEs are sent for field training and postings will be decided after completion of the same.
We demanded that certain percentage of vacancies of each SSA should be kept open for each LICE batch members and that they should be given opportunity to work in high revenue earning SSAs like Bangalore & Mysore as well.Postings must be based on revenue potential of the SSA as well, in addition to vacancies
We expressed our dissatisfaction over the present policy of Karnataka Circle of posting all new executives  not given to work  BGTD ,mysuru. Promotional postings must ensue an environment of encouragement.

3.Intra-circle transfer Request transfer:

Administrative process started and orders to be issued shortly.

4.Sending VCs of LDCE passed JTOs and Eligible DPC JTOs to corporate office.

: AGM HRD assured of sending the same early.

All the issues discussed got positive assurance; no need to panic on Rule 8 relieving.

AIGETOA, CS, Sundar Raju discussed with  AIBSNLEA, CS, S.K.Hiremath regarding Rule-08 and confirmed that AIBSNLEA has not diverted from previous stand and they are not against the Rule-08, AIBSNLEA is also demanding maximum rule-08 cases. The letter submitted by united form in the month of February ltr to cgmt 24.02.2017.

Regarding intra circle request transfer should be done by using long standing JTOs this is policy. AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA will stick to as per  transfer policy.

Joint Forum Meeting comprising of  AIGETOA, SNEA and BASE(I) :

Today morning  Circle Secretaries of AIGETOA ( Com Sundar Raju), SNEA ( Com S B nagavi) and BASE(I) ( Com B D Mahadev) met at Circle Office and decided to make the CHQ organisational programme a Grand Success.

It is decided to Direct the District Secretaries of all SSAs to hold the joint meeting of all associations at SSA level also.

The Joint Forum requests all the members and executives irrespective of their affiliation to take the programme very seriously without any second thought and ensure the dignity of the executives is protected at any cost and will give no chance for the administration to divide us. As it is a do or die situation.

The meeting decided to hold the relay hunger strike at Circle Office ( CGMT Office Bangalore) and at all SSA headquarters and to ensure the participation of all members in the 3 days programme of relay hunger strike from 25h April 2017 to 27th April 2017 and one day mass CL on 28th April 2017

Posters and banners to be printed locally and to be distributed within 2 days to all exchanges/offices.

The meeting concluded with vote of thanks.

NFORMAL MEETING TO ALL ASSOCIATIONS

BSNL grants right of informal meetings to all Associations. This was a point under consideration by management and AIGETOA has been pursuing for it. At last Management has come up with the grant of informal meeting to all associations including AIGETOA.

Our case for formal facilities is pending in the court of law. We hope for a positive outcome there also.
