CS Shri. Chandran and ACS Shri. Sourabh met with Hon’ble CGM on 27th August. Discussions were held with him on the upcoming Circle Conference. We also apprised CGM on the amendments to the Transfer Policy. CGM mentioned that he is all for helping deserving staff but the load of outgoing staff will fall on the remaining working staff. He updated that our proposal to consider KTK Circle itself as a soft Tenure due to the acute staff shortage has been forwarded to BSNL CO from Circle Office. We thanked him for his support and discussed some individual cases.
