AIGETOA KTK CP,CS,Org Sec,CFS and Bangalore SSA DS/DP/DFS and members attended.Discussed the Pre AIC issues and Problems of karnataka circle.All the issues taken to CHQ early resolve and shown full faith and support on AIGETOA CHQ Team.

Dear Members,

Please go through the details of the major issues in respect of direct recruit executives which this association is pursuing since long time but final resolution is yet pending. Now this association has decided to put an end to the uncertainty and taking final call in our coming CEC to be held on 21st and 22nd April-2013 at New Delhi. To take effective decision your opinion and involvement is quite necessary.

This association has already exercised all the traditional ways of follow up but of no avail Off course representatives of this association will try once again to find out the opinion of management on the issues and answer of the questions given below in our coming CEC for amicable resolution. But if management is still not responding properly then we have to take some bold steps hence every direct recruits executives are also hereby requested to please go through the detail of the issues and try to find out the answer of questions given with every issue and then finally convey your opinion by filling following form regarding steps to be taken for resolving the long pending issues if management is not responding properly.

AIGETOA KTK CP Ashok Y Shigli,CS Manjunath BG,ACS Nagraju,ACS Sundraraju met Sr GM(HR/Admin) discussed the pending issues related to DRJTOs/DRJAOs/SDEs of karnataka circle.

I. Status of Rule -8 /Mutual Transfer:  Registered list is to be published in the     intranet up to March 31 2013.Sr GM(HR/Admin) list will be published as early as possible so that each JTOs now the waiting list.

II.Intra circle transfer cases.:We requested Sr GM(HR/Admin) consider the JTOs request transfer list  who registered . Sr GM(HR/Admin) assured 2nd list issued shortly as per requirement of SSAs.We requested most of DRJTOs working in SSAs more than 3 -5 years specially from Bellary,Raichur,Belgaum,Karwar,Belgaum,Hassan,Kolar JTOs

As karnataka circle not implemented long-standing JTOs list the same may be consider each SSA/Circle level to reduce waiting list and rotation work required to motivate the staff.

III.EPF statement not received for Circle office JTOs/JAO/SDEs:Sr GM(HR/Admin) already instructed the AO Cash solve the issue,We met AO Cash 2011-12 statement ready already got confirmation from EPF office.and 2012-13 statement ready within this month,

IV.Udan project:We requested the Udan not implemented properly in BSNL.

AIGETOA KTK CP,CS,Org Sec,VP,ACS met CGMT Shri P Ragawan  on retiring on 31/03/2013 ,AIGETOA Team  wished CGMT , during his period Karnataka circle done tremendous development.

Notice for one day mass CL on dated 8th April 2013 as a protest against negative approach towards following the court cases and delaying the posting of LDCE qualified executives.

1.Rule 8 Transfer cases of Karnataka. CS Manjunath explained the issue in detail

2.Inter SSA transfer cases of JTOs: GM (HRAdmin) assured to consider all the request as per the requirement of SSA.

3.SDEs Transfer cases:We requested to Sr(HR/Admin) posting to all SSA.

4.JTO Bellary medical case.will be processed and settled as early.

1.JTOs Transfer issues. Sr GM(Admn) all the inter SSA order issued after end of this month after discussion with all GM according to requirement.

Mutual transfer cases:After completion of verification sent for CGM approval.

2.E2-E3 pending cases.Some of SDEs CR not recived circle office informed to all SSA send early

3.Confirmation of JTOs list:Some of JTOs CR and special report not revived kept pending,.

4.Posting of SDEs to raichur SSA/Bellary SSA and other SSAs where SDEs posting required for better service.:CS requested Sr GM(HR/Admin) posting of SDEs done based on requierement from all SSA, some of SSA posted more SDEs/JTOs balance not done .
