This will enable every executive to resolve their individual grievances through formal representation in a time bound manner. This is the mandatory provision in every CPSEs as directed by DPE. Although grievance redressal procedure as circulated by BSNL CO is not at par with model grievance redressal procedure circulated by DPE but still it will serve the purpose to some extent. They can reorganize if required and send the list to AIGETOA CHQ for mapping in chq website.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">All CS and his team must ensure collection of subscription dues i.e. from Sep-13 to July-14 in their circle account and advance yearly subscription i.e. Aug-14 to March-15 in CHQ account from all members if still left out.
