AIGETOA Bangalore SSA \u00a0was attended by \u00a0DS Chandran,DP Lata jain,CP,ACS,office bearers and active members of Bangalore SSA,NGN Unit,MPLS NOC<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

The meeting began with the enumeration of the agenda points already circulated on mail.\u00a0DS\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Chandran\u00a0welcomed the gathering.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
The recent procedures for membership were discussed.\u00a0CP\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Ashok\u00a0Shigli\u00a0said all members submit online and hard-copy with 2 photographs is to be collected from all members for onward submission to\u00a0CHQ. The target date to complete this is 16th August 2014.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

There were some\u00a0mis-givings expressed on the need to membership Form\/submit account\/PAN number of the individual members. This was clarified by\u00a0ACS\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Prashant\u00a0that this information is needed for the registration authorities of\u00a0Haryana Government and that there is no other intention in asking for these details from each individual member.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

The opinion at the ground-level of our\u00a0MoU\u00a0with\u00a0AIBSNLEA\u00a0for the upcoming referendum was discussed as brought up by our Circle Org sec Shri.\u00a0Manoj\u00a0and DP\u00a0Smt.\u00a0Lata\u00a0Jain.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0In return for our support in the referendum,\u00a0AIBSNLEA\u00a0has agreed to take up our issues at all level. This was clarified by\u00a0ACS\u00a0Shri\u00a0Prashant\u00a0and\u00a0DS\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Chandran.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

DP\u00a0Smt.\u00a0Lata\u00a0Jain mentioned that the new\u00a0PGM\u00a0visited her section –\u00a0TNMC. He was keen to have the transmission network of BGTD\u00a0monitored from his office and to ensure that all routes are in ring. It is urged upon all members to support our new\u00a0PGM\u00a0in streamlining\u00a0BGTD\u00a0operations. Individual issues of members will be taken up shortly.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

A district conference is planned in the 2nd week of September.\u00a0CP\u00a0Shri\u00a0Ashok\u00a0Shigli\u00a0mentioned that our GS is likely to participate in the conferance \u00a0and urged all DRs\/Office bearers\u00a0 of Bangalore unit start preparation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

ACS\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Prashant\u00a0Gaurav\u00a0updated us on the progress of issues at the Circle level. His tireless efforts with the support of our CS Shri\u00a0Sundar\u00a0Raju\u00a0has borne fruit in that an\u00a0intra-cirle\u00a0transfer list has been released recently. Other issues such as E1-E2\u00a0TBP\u00a0and Rule 8 cases are also being pursued. Due to the momentum that\u00a0AIGETOA\u00a0KTK\u00a0has generated, our web-site is being watched and\u00a0analysed DRs of all over\u00a0Karnataka\u00a0irrespective associations,good sign we are progressing reaching minds\/hearts of DRs.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

CP\u00a0Shri.\u00a0Ashok\u00a0Shigli\u00a0informed that\u00a0EPF statements of\u00a0BGTD\u00a0are ready for the collection from Accounts section and He also urged Bangalores SSA DRs that all un-paid members are be converted to paid \u00a0members \u00a0soon.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
