AIGETOA association meeting of HR and Finance department of BSNL is scheduled to held on 15th Mar-2013 in connection with the implementation of report of high level committee for settlement of EPF issues of DR Executives in BSNL.

This association is very much hopeful that at least in this meeting some concrete decision will be taken to resolve various anomalies in EPF like pension contribution without ceiling to Rs 6500/-, Account Transfer issue, Contribution for training period etc due to which DR Executives as well Non-Executives are suffering a lot since long time without any fault from their part.

SDEs E2-E3 Time bond up grade order 44 list  issued today ktkint.bsnl.co.in,any missing names inform us AIGETOA KTK .

AIGETOA has always been fighting for Implementation of “Child Care Leave” in BSNL and has pursued this issue at all platforms be it MOC, be it DOT, be it BSNL Management. The issue was also taken at different forums by AIGETOA like United Forums of BSNL Executive Associations & united forum & JAC.

AIGETOA KTK CP,CS,Org Sec.ACS met CGM sri P Ragavan 4.30 pm at circle office and discussed the issues pertaining to DRJTO/DRJAOs and SDEs of karnataka circle.

1. Rule 8 cases are pending: At present total 102 JTOs are in the Waiting list, we requested to relive more number of JTOs who have completed 5 years of service/spouse cases.

CGM Reply: CGM assured to look into the matter with open mind and discuss with Sr. GM to accommodate as many officers as realistically possible including spouse and other genuine cases. He patted the DR. JTOs for their exemplary work in the field and remarked that we are irreplaceable.

2. E2-E3 time bound up-gradation of SDEs who had qualified LDCE 2007.

Sr, GM Reply: The Sr. GM in the presence of CGM assured the cases are already processed and the orders will be released shortly.

3. Intra SSA transfer request is not considered for JTO/SDEs :

CGM Reply: He has suggested that the cases may be resolved with the respective SSA as per with transfer policy and already issued letter to SSA Heads.Any help can be extended for inter SSA cases considered  every year regularly according to requirement.

4. Release of JTO/SDEs requesting for deputation to other organization.

CGM Reply: Since the JTOs/SDEs are doing commendable Job hence are non expendable, the request for deputation is unlikely to be considered in the present scenario.

We thanked CGMT for giving appointment to discuss the long pending and genuine issue of DRJTO/DRJAOs of karnataka circle.We are expecting good result after this meeting.

1.AIGETOA RAICHUR SSA meeting held  Main Telephone Exchange Shindhnur SCDA.

All members of Raichur SSA attended. AIGETOA KTK CP Mr.Ashok.Y.Shigli,VP Mr.Rohith ghour,ACS Mr.Nagraj C and Raichur SSA DS/DP/Org Sec,DFS,all SSA body members attended. Discussed issues of DRJTO/DRJAOs facing at Raichur SSA.

2.AIGETOA BELLARY SSA meeting held at Main Telephone Exchange Bellary.CP Mr Ashok Y Shigli,VP Rohith Ghour DS/DP/DFS and All members of Bellary attended discussed the problems at SSA.

AIGETOA CP,CS,Org Sec,ACS,VP had  meeting with Sr GM(HR/Admin) long pending issues. Sr GM(Admin) discussed issues   in detail given positive assurance solve as early as possible. 

1)Rule-8 cases (Inter circle transfer) of KTK circle, most of the DR JTOs/SDEs have completed more than 10 years in KTK Circle, since last 2 years the list has not moved pls, kindly intervene to rearrange from SSAs and genuine cases may be disposed like spouse cases:

After long discussion on  the issue Sr GM(Admin) assured this year Karnataka circle  planned to relive JTOs after verification of waiting list.

2)Request transfer of JTOs/JAOs and SDEs within and outside SSAs are pending, most of the SSAs are not forwarding the request and not entertaining transfers within the SSA.

Circle office already issued order to all SSA maintain  register of request transfer send to circle.Regular transfer list on final stage and will be issued in the month of march.

3) Mutual transfer cases of JTOs are pending for more than one year.All the cases will be disposed off at the earliest.

4) E2-E3 time bound scale up gradation to 2001 and 2002 batch (corporate office order to be implemented):

Last week 78 JTOs order issued aand 2nd list of   54 JTOs order is being finalised and expecting order on Monday.

5) Refund of security deposits after completion of 5 years of service for 2005 batch/Confirmation of JTOs completed two years service.

All JTOs who have completed  2 years of regular service ,  confirmation order have to be issued and for JTOs who have completed 5 Years refund of security deposit order to be issued at the earliest.

The Sr. GM (Admin) admitted that such regular cases are disposed as and when those came to him. 

6)The EPF office is implementing online facility for balances and other query, kindly ensure that form 3 and 6A is submitted regularly from our end.

Already informed to all AOs in this matter.

7)Regular maintenance of Staff Quarters has to be taken care of: Instruction to be given to PGM BGTD.

AIGETOA KTK CP ASHOK Y SHIGLI, CS Manjunath ,CP, ACS Sundaraju met Sr GM(Admin) and discussed the issues of karnataka circle.

1.EPF statement of circle office:Assured meeting with Circle office AO and solve issue as early as possible.

2.E2-E3 Up grdation of left out JTO/SDEs.: 2nd List ready within this week.

3.Request transfer list of JTOs/JAOs all over Karnataka.All list of general transfer in the month of march issued on the basis of requirement.

4.JTOs Transfer from within SSA/other SSA. Administration already issued letter to all SSA maintain waiting list.

5.Refund of security deposit JTOs Raichur SSA.Already informed to concerned section solve issue.

AIGETOA Bangalore SSA meet held on 15^th February 13 at NTB Bangalore 5.30 PM TO 7.30 PM.   

AIGETOA Bangalore SSA  office bearers and active  members were present. The meeting started with the welcome address by our DP Ms. Lata Jain.  

1.CS Mr. Manjunath, who graced the occasion and updated the progress made in obtaining E2-E3 TBP orders at the Circle office.

2.A discussion on the various aspects of the MTRR 2013 was held with the active participation of all gathered members. Suggestions were obtained from members for better future of DRJTOs . 

3.LDCE posting issue: AIGETOA KTK Circle already in touch with CHQ latest updates. 

4. Monthly Subscription of members status has improved and appreciated by our CP Mr. Ashok Shigli. He impressed upon the district body and DFS Mr. Venkateshmurthy to target unpaid members to ensure regular collection of subscription. BG East branch has made an impressive start in this direction with more than 40 subscribers as submitted by the BFS Mr. Rajesh Kumar.  

5.DS Mr. Chandran enquired about the status of issues affecting 2007/08 batches such as pay anomaly and confirmation of JTOs who have completed two  years of regular service. 

6. All the members proposed to meet at different locations to keep the moral of our members high and to the solve problems if any. 

7.EPF Issue. CS Manjunath explained that problem OF BGTD, Mobile services, DNW circle are resolved already and the Circle office EPF issue taken with administration several time not solved because concerned officers are busy ERP work. AIGETOA KTK circle decided in the last meeting held at circle office to meet EPF authority and resolve the issue early.

8. AIGETOA Bangalore  SSA body members were assigned task to contact all members/Non members  and to collect any individual problems at field level and brought to notice of DP,DS.  and requested to  Arrange meeting at all units of Bangalore monthly.
