Discussed the pending issues of DRs of Karnataka circle.

1.Rule 8 Transfer cases.DGM(Admin) Agreed to verify the genuine and Spouse    cases on priority basis.

2. Intera-circle Transfer cases, on spouse ground will considered.

3.UAN to all EPF holders .Circle office completed.

4. Reveling of JTOs who transferred to other SSA.

“Responsibilities Assigned to Circle Secretaries and their Team”

1. All Circle Secretaries and their team must pursue with the Circle Administration for implementation of EPF orders like registration of Digital Signature to EPFO by all DDOs, supply of UAN (Universal Account Number) Numbers to all Direct Recruits etc. this will enable all direct recruits to link their all EPF account under single UAN and they can apply online transfer claim of their old EPF accounts. After getting UAN number, members can submit their KYC directly to EPFO and all the claims like loan, withdrawal, transfer etc can be applied online directly to EPFO without any dependency on the employer.

2. All Circle Secretaries and their team must pursue with circle administration regarding implementation of BSNL CO orders in respect of appointment of Staff Grievance Officers (SGO) in every SSA. This will enable every executive to resolve their individual grievances through formal representation in a time bound manner. This is the mandatory provision in every CPSEs as directed by DPE. Although grievance redressal procedure as circulated by BSNL CO is not at par with model grievance redressal procedure circulated by DPE but still it will serve the purpose to some extent. CHQ is taking up this issue with BSNL CO so that procedure can be in line with as directed by DPE.

3. All Circle Secretaries should send the details of the salary cut along with names of the executives during July and February agitations, status of persuasion, method of deduction, amount deducted etc. to chqaigetoa@gmail.com with “Salary-Cut -Status and details” in the subject line.

4. All CS must ensure that all of their circle executives committee and District Executives committee members are paid and willing only. They can reorganize if required and send the list to AIGETOA CHQ for mapping in chq website.

5. All CS and his team must ensure collection of subscription dues i.e. from Sep-13 to July-14 in their circle account and advance yearly subscription i.e. Aug-14 to March-15 in CHQ account from all members if still left out. They must also ensure online registration and collect hard copy of membership form.

6. All CS and his team must ensure that coordination committee of AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA is formed at every SSA. They must also ensure their personal visit to all major SSA of their circle for mobilization of members in view of coming referendum.

After persuation of AIGETOA Team CS and Branch Sec Circle office Mr MACHERLA PRADEEP KR  and Circle office UAN ( Universal Account Number) of EPF Today received.

UAN is allotted to all contributors of Employees’ Provident Fund by the EPF Office to capture KYC details of its members in order to eliminate the dependency on the employer and improve the quality of service

A list of all EPF members of Circle Office and their KYC details are being published in Karnataka Intranet

Request you all to go through the list and confirm to the undersigned by 05^th September, 2014 for uploading in EPF Website
