Members are requested to please re-fill in the following online form within two days so that association shall have complete data in respect of pending Rule-8 transfer cases in JTO cadre. This data is urgently required to follow up the pending Rule-8 transfer cases .

    Dear friends
    CS  shri Sundar Raju, CWC shri Hari Shankar and  Shri H.Y Andeli CS  AIBSNLEA had meeting with AGM(HRD)&DGM(admin) on 10/11/2014.
    Discussed on problem faced by executives who completed 5 years in getting the security deposit Amount i.e Rs 5000 from the circle office.After explaining the issue,AGM(HRD)convinced to take the applications from concerned admin sections without DD receipt & also informed that no written letter is issued from circle office to individual sections demanding the same.
    Discussed With DGM(Admin) about the Rule-8 transfer cases & stressed that the process must start .He agreed to take the spouse cases on priority basis within the waiting list.
    We expressed our worry before admin over the delay in relieving of a DR Shri.Bala Gandi from Mandya SSA after issue of transfer order also.

    Joint meeting on 30% superannuation is already held with all unions/association where all have unanimously rejected the proposal of the committee for 2% and demanded remaining 12% must be contributed so that 30% superannuation benefits in respect of direct recruits executives can be implemented in totality. This issue is pending before CMD and ED (Finance) for final decision. This association is very much hopeful that final decision will be taken shortly.

    Dear all DRs of Karnataka circle 

    1.Regarding TBP of 2008 DR executives under STR

     
    STR Chennai has released list of DR executives recruited for 2008, whose TBP is pending. DPC under GMM area bangalore is likely to be conducted shortly, hence every one is requested to check their names with local admin. If any name of STR Karnataka DRs is found missing same may kindly be intimated to AIGETIOA KTK circle body by sending details to aigetoaktk@gmail.com.
    Any other problem faced may also be intimated with details of issue face in case of TBP.
    2.Regarding details of DRs who are not eligible for LDCE exams under the view of inclusion of vacancy year 2013-2014
     
    LDCE is likely to be held shortly and it is learnt from reliable sources that vacancy year 2013-2014 will also be included in the same. Since in Karnataka there are DRs who have been recruited post 1st July 2010, hence we call upon all such DRs to give details as early as possible. We will prepare an exhaustive list of such affected DRs and pass it over to CHQ for further needful. Details may be sent to aigetoaktk@gmail.com
    3.Regarding nomination of SGO under GMM area Bangalore
     
    STR Chennai has endorsed Corporate office letter for formation of Staff Grievance Officer under each SSA, AIGETOA BGTD has given memorandum to GM MPLS regarding the same and since there is positive assurance for the formation of SGO, hence we are waiting for it. If there will be any delay in nominating SGO under GMM area Bangalore, AIGETOA BGTD will take the issue strongly. Please find the attached memorandum.

    Some association has become so desperate that they have even forgotten that Mr Y. B. Thippesh, is acting GS NTEA and similarly Mr. R. C. Vasanth Kumar, is acting CS NTEA Karnataka. Anyways everything is fair in love and war, but whether we are at war with anyone? From our side No, as we are not even contesting this referendum, we are just extending our support to a hand which come ahead for extending mutual support. But it gives us immense pleasure to see that how important AIGETOA i.e. DR fraternity has become, that other association in desperation are trying to attract DRs through cheap tactics. A humble advice, Instead of following these cheap tactics if someone really wants to attract DRs they should work for the betterment of DRs.

  • Now, 1 number to link all PF accounts

    A Universal Account Number (UAN) for Provident Fund (PF) accounts, unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, will help over four crore PF account holders to better manage their PF savings.

    Irrespective of the number of jobs a person switches, the number will remain unchanged. Those who have multiple PF accounts because of job switches can now link them to the unique number by logging into the new UAN-based portal.

    While launching the facility, PM Modi said that through this measure he wanted to give Rs. 27,000 crore to the poor who had not been able to claim their money. “This money belongs to poor workers of India. They have not been able to collect it because of the complicated process for filing claims,” he said.  

    From now on, when switching jobs, a person will not need to apply to transfer the money to a new PF account, but will only need to provide the UAN to the new employer.

    This will reduce the paperwork and the workload of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) which had to generate a new number every time a person joined an office.

    That not all. In the coming days, the new portal will enable people to withdraw money from their PF accounts after online submission of the required documents. A person can withdraw some part of the PF savings for needs such as buying a new home, marriage or a medical emergency. The money withdrawn will be electronically transferred to the applicant’s bank account.

    The UAN will be created by EPFO and passed on to employers. EPFO officials said that about 2 crore PF account holders will be able to avail the facility immediately, while the UAN for the others will be operationalised soon.
