In the first step, all the direct recruits’ executives should submit their representation to the authorities mentioned. One copy for each authority must be submitted through proper channel and the advance copy should be sent directly to their address given in the representation through “Speed Post Only”. MT RECRUITMENT AT E3- A PLANED GAME OF DIRTY MIND IN BSNL

Management Trainee in CPSE is nothing but induction of professionally qualified candidates at executive’s level for management succession plan. BSNL has already made recruitment of about 10000 professionally qualified executives in executive cadre hence there is no justification of another direct recruitment in executive cadre. Some of the dirty minds sitting at top BSNL management have wrongly projected before court of law and administrative ministry that BSNL doesn’t have executives with professional qualification who can replace ITS officers working on deputation so that they can create better bargaining situation for their illegal deputation. Because of such wrong submission, Court of law and administrative ministry directed BSNL to make recruitment of professionally qualified executives for creating suitable substitute of ITS working on deputation.

This proposed MT recruitment at E3 will not only finished our career progression but also block all the paths of getting E2 pay scale for JTO equivalent and E3 for SDE equivalent. The worst sufferer will be the executives recruited after 01.01.2007 who are already facing pay loss even on E1+5 and further recruitment of JTO equivalent will be on E1 only. While submitting such wrong information, BSNL has forgotten that these 10000 professionally qualified executives will not see this game of dirty minds sitting ideal and will not remain silent on their career crush. They will surly react in strong possible manner and prove that such activity of dirty minds are nothing but futile exercise and wastage of precision time. 

This association is already on the process of finalizing action plan to fight against such injustice and shortly come out with detail activity for resolution of our three major issues i.e. Pay, Promotion and Pension (PPP). Success of any fight will depends on commitment and participation of base members. This association hopes that all the direct recruits will show their full commitment and extend full participation. Among Aspirants,Smt Sonica gupta & Smt Nirmala from CM stream told their experience about lectures ,they told that lectures gave them knowledge,confidence & a feeling that seniors are doing a lot of work for organization.Shri Prashant,told his experience in CFA lectures & Shri Hari Shankar told his experience in EB lectures

Among Lecturers,shri Bansal told his experience that interaction with other executives was very nice but desired for more strength to give his 100%.Shri Harish stressed on the strengthening cooperation between group B to Group B executives.Shri Brahmaiya shared his views on roll of  DRs in development of BSNL & responsibility of management to give them proper career prospective.Others also told that these type of team activities are necessary for growth of all executives.Our CP Shri Sigli addressed the program & congratulated all for this unique team effort.Finally nice Momento is distributed by CP to all the lecturers.

B.AIGETAO KTK Circle body meeting discussion on issues related to CEC at Delhi.

After completion Lecturers Felicitation program  circle body members  meeting happened in view of CEC  in delhi & following resolutions are taken:

1-On demand of standard pay scale E2/E3 from 01/10/2000,we will try to know the exact point of view of CHQ & then convey our decision to pressurize management by all the ways. 

2-On Superannuation benefit, we are in full support of CHQ on demand of remaining  12% . 

3. Discussed-LDCE postponed due to various cases and  DOPT case Kerala .

4-On moral support to GS against revoking vindictive action from CGM,MP, house has unanimously given their consent & asked members to be ready for any action. 

5-The hard copies of our circle finance & audit report will be carried so that circle quota can be taken from CHQ.

Despite of continues persuasion at all level since long time and several assurance to resolve issues amicably, Circle Administration of Madhya Pradesh Telecom Circle is totally failed and acted vindictively against the General Secretary of this association violating all the rules and guidelines of the company. Protest Program :–

• 20th January 2015: Countrywide lunch hour protest.

• 23rd Febuary 2015 onwards: Indefinite Dharna by all Circle and CHQ representatives at BSNL CO New Delhi.

All representatives and members of this association is well aware of the facts that our apex leader i.e. General Secretary of this association has been victimized at various front while fighting for the issues of members. This association has already conducted country wide lunch hour demonstration against this victimization on 20th Jan-2015 which was a grand success.

This association not at all want to held Dharna at BSNL CO New Delhi as proposed from 23rd Feb-15 specially after taking charge of our new CMD. We believe that our new CMD will go through the issues mentioned under notice and act on merit much before the proposed date of Dharna. AIGETOA MP is also continuously pursuing with MP Circle administration for amicable resolution. The delegation from AIGETOA CHQ will also meet personally to our new CMD and Director (HR) in the second week of Feb-15 to explain the issues in detail and seek unbiased action on the issues.

Although this association is quite hopeful that issues will be resolved amicably and there is no question of holding Dharna for such issues, yet we must not take any chance as this is the matter of protection of our leaders fighting for genuine cause keeping their entire thing on risk and also the matter to keep survival of our representation.

Keeping above things in mind, core committee of AIGETOA CHQ has decided to notify the already due meeting of Central Executives Committee, CWC and Circle Representatives on 23rd and 24th Feb-2015 at New Delhi. At the worst, if issues are not resolved amicably, this association will hold Dharna at BSNL CO from 23rd Feb-2015 and if issues are resolved as per our expectation this association will hold meeting on 23rd and 24th Feb-2015 and also participate parliament march of the Forum on 25th Feb-2015. There is joint meeting of AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA CHQ and Circle representatives on second half of 25th Feb-2015 just after the parliament march is over.

Boarding and lodging arrangement of CHQ and Circle Representatives are already done at Andhra Association Building 24-25, Lodhi Institutional Area, nearby Sai Baba temple, New Delhi-110003 from morning of 23rd Feb-2015 to night of 25th Feb-2015.
