UPDATE ON SCALES :As assured to GS, it is learnt that Director HR has written back to Additional Secretary for implementation of E2 and E3 scales in place of E1A and E2A emphasising the need for replacement of these two scales as degrading the scale is not proposed by BSNL also and it will lead to huge demotivation and unrest amongst the younger executives of BSNL.
We extend our gratitude to management for conveying the sentiments of executives to DoT.
EPF HIGHER PENSION :After active persuasion by AIGETOA, BSNL CO endorses the EPF pension option to Circles for further necessary action. Also add one more sentence. All CS CP should coordinate with Circle administration for timely implementation.
