Sundar Raju, CS AIGETOA and S.K Hiremath, CS AIBSNLEA met P.Nagaraju,CGMT Karnataka circle on 07.01.2016 and discussed the following points:
1.Considerarion of Rule-8 transfer cases from Karnataka to other circles: CGMT assured that process will start immediately agreed to consider equal to the number of LICE passed JTOs.
whoever applied previously to AP circle they should Submit a Option letter to GM(Admin/HR) Karnataka circle due to bifercation of Telangana State and AP circle.
2.Posting of LICE passed JTOs: CGMT infomred that the option will be given to JTOs before posting of JTOs to SSAs.
3. Forwarding Rule 8 /Intra circle Applications from Belgaum SSA: CGMT assured that he will discuss with GM Belgaum today.
4.Intra circle transfer: CGMT infomed that this time also JTO request transfers will be considered like any financial year.
