1-Implementation of standard pay scale E2 & E3 to DRs recruited on or after 01/10/2000.Status at CHQ/Plan of action.
2-Solution of the pay parity issue to the DRs recruited on or after 01/01/2007.Plan of action
3-Court case on Group A status of a recruited GE for solving the all cadre is. Plan of action
4-Court case to DPE on pay parity issue arises due to irregular selection of pay scales from different schedules of PSUs(schedule A,B,C & D).Plan of action.
5-Strenghening the DR unity throughout Karnataka.Plan of action
