    KNOW YOUR AGITATION PROGRAM, WHAT ARE WE FIGHTING FOR?:

    It is unfortunate that more than 50% of the Direct Recruits are not clear about the impact of the loss that we are incurring due to the indifferent attitude of the Management in accepting and solving our rights, We are concerned only about the today’s pay and perks and the actual loss that we are incurring is too high to neglect in long run. We make an attempt to clarify the same and in case of any doubts please feel free to contact us.

    • 30% superannuation benefit : As per DPE guidelines we are entitled for 30% retirement benefits but our present benefits are curtailed by management to 18%. We are fighting for balance 12% contribution from BSNL.
      IMPACT : The loss incurred so far batch wise is as follows 2001- Rs.500000, 2002- Rs.450000/-, 2005- Rs.300000, 2008-Rs.200000/-, 2009-Rs.125000
      If we don’t react now the financial loss will accrue to >> 1 crore
    • Implementation of standard pay scales: Management is dilly-dallying and deliberately delaying the implementation of E2 scale for JTO & E3 scale for SDE.
      IMPACT: Financial loss for across all batches, prominently for 2005,2008 & 2009 batches.
      If we ignore now we shall lose Rs. 4000-5000 / month of the serving benefits.
    • Stop recruitment of external MT & DGM: Management is neglecting the in-house telecom operations experts and looking for external candidates with same qualifications as we have, with no telecom domain knowledge & place them above us.
      IMPACT: We retire as Sr.SDE/ Adhoc-DE
      If we don’t react now our career progression will be suppressed.
    • At par facilities with other associations: We demand at par facilities, as that with other Associations, so that we have a better leverage in achieving our demands.
      IMPACT: Management is ignoring points/objections raised by us in name of recognition & in some SSAs not giving appointments.
    • EPF anomalies settlement: Since our inception from 2001 EPF is one area where every sect of BSNL viz. management, administration, accounts, etc have condoned upon leading to severe unrest & insecurity among DR community. We are demanding settlement of this issue by setting up a CPF.
      IMPACT: No control on our hard earned money, which is rightfully ours.
    • Cancellation of Circle displacement on SDE promotion:We are denied the joy of getting promotion after 11 long years and performing well in LDCE.
      IMPACT: Psychological agony in staying away from our loved ones
      Let us all join hands in ensuring that maximum officers are retained in AP.
    • Uniformity in Time bound promotions: The EPP envisages 1st TBP after 6 years for DRs & 4 years for Dept executives. We demand for removal of this disparity.
      IMPACT: Financial 2005,2008 & 2009 batch executives to a tune of Rs.2000/month.

DNW Bangalore 100% Direct recruited supported today AIGETOA Team visited all section and requested to support our cadre issue.   Now Bidar,Gulburga,Bijapur,Hubli DRJTOs taken CL supported mass CL.All over karnataka DRJTOs supporting our legitimate demands.

    Now decide shall we still fear about salary cut and or any other action? Definitely not!

    Dear friends, leave the office immediately if not so far and join your hands in the fight of Right & Respect. No such fight will start again, so don’t fear about anything, whatever will be the consequences we are ready to face it. This fight will go long but we are committed to win it.

    BSNL staff go on strike 
    Bangalore: BSNL employees went on strike on Monday to protest the pay benefits given only to deputed engineers and not direct recruits. Over 12,000 engineers and account officers were recruited in BSNL in October 2000 and the staffers alleged they have not got any benefits and had to put up with pay cuts. On Monday, they announced a massive demonstration on July 29 at Bharat Sanchar Bhavan in New Delhi.

  • AIGETOA DNW Unit submitted memorandam

    AIGETOA DS  Shri  Chandran(DS),Shri Hari Shankar(BS) & Shri Prashant Gaurav(VP)met to GM BBNW , GM MPLS & submitted the memorandum of  agitational program,signature campaign to 100 DRJTOs signed.

    In Karnataka more than 300 DRJTO/DRJAOs signed signature campaign.

    • Same copy of signature campaigning should be submitted to MP/MLAs of their areas and explain them about the same wherever is possible.

    • All direct recruits executives of BSNL from every nook and corner of the country must apply mass leave at least from 22nd to 27th July-2013 (EL, Medical, maternity, paternity, child care etc whichever is feasible) through HRMS or in writing where HRMS is not functional without bothering about leave is getting sanction or not and other consequences. As medical leave can not be applied in advance hence apply first the EL online and once it is denied by the sanctioning authority, apply medical leave on last working day of the week i.e. 21st July 2013.

    • Form the committee of active members/representatives start door to door campaigning through SMS, email, telephonic etc and motivate them to participate in the organizational activity called by AIGETOA CHQ to save our cadre survival.

    • All members should book their forward ticket for mass demonstration before BSNL CO New Delhi from 29th July-2013 onwards.

    • All these activities will be monitored by respective Joint Secretaries and Circle Executives committee of Circles.

    Activity to be observed:

    • From 15th-July-2013 to 20th-July-2013 : Mass Signature Campaigning and working with Black Badges.

    • From 22nd July-2013 onwards : Mass Leave.

    • From 29th onwards : Mass Demonstration at BSNL corporate office, New Delhi.

    Our rights are as under:

    1. Finalization of standard pay scale as directed by DPE followed by 2nd PRC i.e. E2 for JTO equivalent and E3 for SDE equivalent with additional increment to executives recruited on or after 01-01-2007 to maintain the parity between executives recruited before 01-01-2007.

    2. Implementation of 30% superannuation benefits in respect of direct recruits executives as directed by DPE followed by 2nd PRC.

    3. Stop external DGM/MT recruitment hence scrape the RR, same must be recruited within among internal executives and implement the time bound functional promotion instead financial upgradation on the basis for stringent performance and qualification as of top leading CPSEs to fill the gap at middle level executives.

    4. Resolution of EPF anomalies in respect of direct recruits.

    5. Immediate cancellation of mass displacement executed in posting order issued in promotion against LDCE (33% quota) for SDE (T) held on 4th March-2012 from some circle like AP, Orisa, Punajab. Maharashtra , MP and KTK. Execute the longest stay list to maintain the shortfall of SDEs in some circles.

    6. Maintain uniformity in first time bound upgradation i.e. four years in respect of all executives.

    7. At par facilities to this association as of SNEA/AIBSNLEA.

    All representatives and members should start gathering and mass campaigning tirelessly to motivate every direct recruits of BSNL irrespective of their membership. Circle executives committee are requested to make a committee comprising 10-15 members and ensure to approach/contact every direct recruits by phone, mail, social media, personal meeting etc and convince and motivate them for their participation in this final revolution. This association appeal all direct recruits of BSNL please give your hands to secure your right and respect in the ocean of vested interest. Only support of every direct recruits will decide our future hence don’t be selfish and come to save this long deprived cadre.

AIGETOA collected all  requests applications for modification request and  submitted to PGM(HR/Admn)Circle office. All applications forwarded to corporate office.
